I offer Reflexology, Reiki and Facial Rejuvenation Massage, also known as Face Lift Massage, in West Wickham in Bromley and in central Croydon. My special interests as a Reflexologist are Conception and Maternity Reflexology, Facial Reflexology and Aromareflex in which aromatherapy oils are used with reflexology to enhance the healing process.
Reflexology and Reiki stimulate the body to rebalance and to promote self healing abilities, so bringing about well being. As holistic therapies, they can benefit the mind, emotions and the body, helping with day to day stress, anxiety and physical problems. They also allow an opportunity for deep relaxation. An Aromareflex treatment, in which the reflexologist uses aromatherapy oils in a reflexology session, adds another dimension to the therapeutic process of reflexology and further enhances the healing effects. As a Facial Reflexologist I offer a therapy which combines the well being treatment of reflexology with the effects of facial rejuvenation, available in West Wickham in Bromley and Croydon. Reiki and Reflexology both are greatly supportive during pregnancy.
Facial Rejuvenation Massage, also known as Face Lift Massage, can allow you an escape into a peaceful, centred state of mind while revitalising your appearance. The massages have a clearing effect on your skin, giving you a more vibrant look, and a toning, lifting and sculpting effect on your facial muscles.
I have been practicing complementary therapies since 2009 and have had a lifelong interest in this area, working for a number of years for a charity that promoted homoeopathy. My treatments are tailor made to each client and the therapies can be combined to provide the best results for each person. I update my knowledge in the therapies that I practice, as well as in other therapies, on a regular basis. I am a Member of the Association of Reflexologists and the Federation of Holistic Therapists which are organisations that maintain high standards in complementary therapy practice.
